Responsabilités

In this role you will act as a project coordinator, assisting our clients in creating estimates/quotes on products for customers, selling solutions, order writing and solving customer problems. This new division of an established company, positive team environment, and quality product manufactured in the USA, creates an atmosphere and opportunity to grow skills while offering the best value, service and product to the marketplace. Hired applicants will work as part of an experienced, rapidly growing and highly respected customer service/sales team providing quality of service, selection and speed.

 

 

Business is expected to increase by 30-40%.  Come to our growing team and be determined to make a difference by efficiently:

  • converting customer purchase orders and quotes into live orders
  • creating estimates and capturing desired specifications without error
  • finding a way to get and provide the answer - using product knowledge, our team and resources
  • resolving customer issues and questions
  • preparing price quotes and quote follow-up
  • analyzing sales margins to achieve volume and sales levels
  • managing periods of stress and high work volumes

Compétences

  • Minimum 2 years Architectural Door and Hardware Product Knowledge required (Industry knowledge will accelerate the learning curve)
  • Sales and Customer Service Experience
  • Two year technical degree or Four Year Degree Highly Preferred
  • Flexibility to do tasks – work independently and as a team
